AMS1084 5A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS1084 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 5A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.

AMS1085 3A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS1085 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 3A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.3V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.

AMS1086 1.5A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS1086 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 1.5A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.5V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.

AMS1117 1A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS1117 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 1A output current and to operate down to 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed maximum 1.3V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents.

AMS1501 1.5A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATORS

The AMS1501 series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators are designed to provide 1.5A output current to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of the device is 100mV at light loads and rising to 500mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout. The AMS1501 can also be used as a single supply device.

AMS1503 3A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATORS

The AMS1503 series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators are designed to provide 3A output current to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of the device is 100mV at light loads and rising to 500mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout. The AMS1503 can also be used as a single supply device.

AMS1505 5A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATORS

The AMS1505 series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators are designed to provide 5A output current to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of the device is 100mV at light loads and rising to 500mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout. The AMS1505 can also be used as a single supply device.

AMS1505V 5A ULTRA LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATORS

Designed specially for video applications where a very low dropout is critical, the AMS1505V series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators provide 5A output current to power the new generation of high speed video cards. The dropout voltage of the device is 200mV max. at 3A loads and rising to 350mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout.

AMS1508 8A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS1508 series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators are designed to provide 8A output current to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of the device is 100mV at light loads and rising to 500mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout. The AMS1508 can also be used as a single supply device.

AMS1510 10A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATORS

The AMS1510 series of adjustable and fixed low dropout voltage regulators are designed to provide 10A output current to power the new generation of microprocessors. The dropout voltage of the device is 100mV at light loads and rising to 500mV at maximum output current. A second low current input voltage 1V or greater then the output voltage is required to achieve this dropout. The AMS1510 can also be used as a single supply device.
